Many people know Clara Gonzalez as “Aunt Clara”, the creator behind Simple, by Clara, the award-nominated and award-winning food blog.

After a zigzagging career that started in industrial design, Clara decided to settle on photography and food - her true passions. She has been photographing food and life for magazines, advertisers and photography agencies for 15 years.

Her work has appeared in publications and on TV all around the world, from Moscow to Denver. Her life in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, is reflected in her vibrant pictures and recipes that embrace the flavors of the Caribbean.
