Meryland Cuevas has become a strong and respected voice among the Latino community. She is the founder and editor of the blog Otros20Pesos, where she engages her audience in discussions on important topics, like human rights, the LGBT community, women and immigrants.

She is passionate about social good and how the Latinos can be change agents in today’s society. She was awarded “Best Latina Activist Using Technology and Social Media” by LATISM in 2016 for the work she does advocating for social causes both on and offline. 

Her passion to help others guided her to find her life’s purpose as a transformational life coach and motivational international speaker, which prompted her to found her own company On a daily basis she uses her platforms to positively impact the lives of thousands of people.

Born in Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico, she now resides in New Jersey with her 11-year-old son and her partner, Linda.
