Roxanna earned her MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. She has a wealth of marketing and brand management experience having worked with Hispanic, Latin American and general markets for global leaders such as L’Oreal and Colgate-Palmolive before becoming a digital strategist and blogger. She brings her experience, marketing and sales know-how to her position as COO.

A bicultural American with deep Dominican and Colombian roots, Roxanna grew up in Santo Domingo and Miami. She now calls Boston home, where she lives with her husband, their three sons and a crazy boxer named Lola.
